We had an air ride suspension light come on and it took a few weeks to figure it out. Joey was very communicative and made sure we understood the process and reasons for wait times. We will continue to drive from Queen Creek, past the other dealerships, whenever we have an issue with either one of our vehicles.
Had an uncommon issue with my wife's RAM 1500. Chance coordinated everything and helped us resolve the issue. Always a pleasure to work with him!

Truck had light on dash. Truck was diagnosed and repairs were made very quickly. I would highly recommend Chapman service department.

I purchased a 2018 Ford Focus from Chapman Dodge and had a check engine light a week after delivery. Nick in finance told me no worries to get it over to Frank in service. The catalytic converter was bad and still under the Ford 80,000mi EPA warranty. Frank provided me with a new loaner car! My expectations were beyond exceeded- I am truly grateful for Chapman being a stand up organization I will recommend them to anyone for new or use sales!

I then went to Chapmans and Gary took the vehicle in. Reviewed the warranty thoroughly after an assessment. The service team found more issues and provided solutions. I was the first person in the express line for service on my promaster 3500. I was the last customer to leave on the day of my service, I think Stephanie finished my paperwork and processed my payment at 6:15pm. Having a promaster 3500 I have come to expect a longer than average service time, I fully expected to spend my entire day at the dealership waiting for my needed service to finish. While I was not disappointed with my wait time, I was expecting it to take all day, Stephanie was a wonderful service representative. She continually kept me up to date on the progress, let me know there was a food truck on site if I was hungry, and showed genuine concern for me and wait time. Thank you Stephanie!

Professional and courteous service advisor. I had an oil package that included tire rotation. I forgot to tell my service advisor at write up that I just had my tires rotated. I left after the service was finished and was home when I realized my mistake by not telling Luke, my advisor. I went back to the dealership and explained what happened and he took care of the situation by rotating the tires back! Customer service at its finest!!

When I initially called for a recall service, there was a miscommunication. I went in a couple weeks later to check on the status of the recall and John Hall went above and beyond his calling and title to make things right. John was an excellent communicator and kept me informed on everything throughout the process and made it easy for me to pickup with my very busy schedule. I’d give more stars if possible, and as a service advisor myself, I was able to experience above-and-beyond customer service, which encourages me to be more like him in my day-to-day!

After I left my car on a Monday morning for the annual full service of my Jeep Cherokee Latitude 2019, Jordan called me at the end of the day to tell me that my car should go through additional investigation. As from that point, he called me every day to let me know about the progress of the repairs/replacements - until the Friday of that week, when he confirmed that my car was ready. I salute his patience, his calming approach and his extreme sense of customer care.

Hello, just wanted to note that Jordan has again done a fantastic job taking care of my truck which was recently in the shop for exhaust manifold replacements. With the backlog on the manifolds, he would provide updates on the manifolds until he was able to get us in last week. Also, he reached out to Allianz insurance for me on the extended warranty to get the details on the manifold replacement. Jordan is a standout service advisor and I will drive from Gold Canyon to get our truck serviced at Chapman and especially being handled by Jordan. We had a Very Positive Experience from start to finish! The gentlemen in the drive up bay were very attentive and spoke with us before we even got out of the car. They directed us to Daniel who greeted us by name and said he was expecting us. He explained the process and ushered us to the waiting room. He came back and updated us after about 30 minutes. The car was finished about 15 min later. He was very friendly and shared a story with my daughter who is the actual car owner. This was her first time bringing her car in for service. She felt comfortable throughout the process. On the way home she told me that she felt comfortable enough to do it on her own the next time (this was my ultimate goal). I can't thank Daniel enough for his kindness and efficient service. We will always use the Chapman Service center for the needs of her Dodge Challenger!

I purchased my first ever Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in January 2024 and took delivery on March 22, 2024. I did a lot of looking and visited every Jeep dealer in the Valley, multiple out of state dealer websites and Auto Trader. I spoke to a lot of “salesmen” and Mike stood out and lived up to his title of Product Specialist. Mike answered every question I had, big or small. He educated me and explained the why behind every answer. I could have purchased my 2024 Rubicon X from at least 10 different places but I bought it from Chapman Scottsdale Jeep for only one reason and that reason was Mike Hu’s exceptional service!!
I would like to thank service tech rep Daniel Johnson for outstanding professional service. I brought in my 2022 Ram 3500 for an oil and fuel filter(s) change (50,000 miles). Even though I purchased and have had all service done at Chapman, Daniel took the time to thoroughly explain the process, time to complete the job, and estimated cost. But the real “atta boy” I’d like to give Daniel is when the job was complete. When I was about to leave I checked the computer tire pressure display and noticed all tires were below recommended pressure found on the drivers door placard. Daniel personally took my truck back to the shop and he himself inflated the tires to the proper level. Thank you for the great service!!
I've brought my Dodge RAM 1500 in for service to Chapman Dodge for the past 5 years. My service advisor Chance Cooley is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He always greets me with a smile and communicates with me proactively to ensure I'm up to date on the status of my vehicle. Despite my Maxcare Lifetime Warranty, Chapman Dodge and Chance Cooley always treat me with the same respect and professionalism as a non-warranty customer. He always ensures I have a ride home via their courtesy shuttle or a Lyft ride to where I need to go. I can take my truck to any Dodge dealer in the valley, but because of the great service I get from Chance Cooley and Chapman Dodge Scottsdale, I won't go anywhere else.
I usually dislike going to a dealership, but I received nothing but top-notch great service at Chapman Dodge. My salesman, James Duet was so knowledgeable and really helped me through this purchase of my first RAM Promaster. I feel confident that I have purchased the best vehicle possible for its' intended use. Before leaving the dealership, James made sure he went through all the important information. If I ever am buying a Dodge vehicle again, I can't imagine going anywhere but Chapman Dodge.

I would highly recommend this dealership where I was helped by service advisor Jordan. He was accommodating, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me on the road. He was able to save me money on my battery by seeing that I was just barely over my warranty and talked them into at least giving me a discount. After explaining that I needed to be on the road by a certain time, he made my service a priority and the estimated time he gave me was on point.

My first experience with Chapman Dodge was fantastic! I brought my truck in for routine maintenance and couldn't be happier with the service provided. Luke Meyers was wonderful to work with. He made sure everything I requested was taken care of while I headed to work, and went above and beyond to help me with the bed cover issue as well. Receiving documentation for the work suggested and performed, being able to approve and pay all electronically was extremely convenient. The amount of communication Luke provided was perfect, not too much or too little. Pick up was even quick since everything had been discussed/paid before arriving.
