This is the second time I had recall work done on my 2013 Dodge Charger. One was major work, and the 2nd one was minor emissions work' Both times Chapmans did the work flawlessly once the parts came in. Great place to do business.
I purchased me 2018 Jeep Rubicon JL from Earnhardt, the service was terrible. I chose to take it to Chapman recently for my 20,000 mile service and to take care of warranty issues. Eric McGraw has always been very expedient in resolving the very few issues that have come up regarding my 2017 Dodge RAM 2500. He makes absolutely sure I am comfortable with the performance of my vehicle before I drive it out of the service area. I consider myself very fortunate to have purchased my truck from professional sales staff and continue to experience that same personal and professional service from the staff in the service department. I must tell you that my last truck was serviced at the dealership in Mesa where the lines were very long and there was not really any personal attention given to the situation. After seeing what Chapman feels my Jeep may be worth, I would say that Mini has a far superior value and holds its value much better than the Jeep. I feel I was a duped when that was told to me and now find out the real truth. Anything for a car sale I guess. I really should have known because I have seen this so many times over my many, many years of buying cars. I really do not care about excuses. With short supply of new vehicles, it would make more sense that Used Vehicles values would be higher. I have been around the auto industry since 1984 and understand cycles. Anyway, knowing what I paid for my vehicle and what that Willy was listing for, I would think that my trade value should be close to the ultimate selling price for that Willy. To say the difference is that far apart is insulting and candidly not appreciated after what I was told just last year. Also, as we discussed yesterday when we were talking about vehicles, that I did not see a deal happening but you were very confident that we could make a deal and possibly even get a lower payment. That's laughable now. So at this time, I am not interested in looking at trying to get a new Jeep even though I would have liked too. If I do look, I will certainly go to other Jeep Dealers as there are plenty that I am sure would want some business right now. Not sure how many people are buying new vehicles at this time so I'm certain there are dealers that are hungrier to make a deal. I doubt sales have been great for any dealer over the last 4-6 weeks. Doubt I want to waste too much time on this as I have plenty to do and I don't NEED a new vehicle it would be a want, so not a big deal other than I feel like Chapman lied to me last year about holding values. My future business may have to go elsewhere based on this. I love your service department but not happy at all with sales. I was the one that didn't think we could but you insisted. If you felt that way, then you wasted my time. It is an excuse and one that I don't like. My time is valuable, especially right now. You wasted my time and I can never get that back. Why bring out your calculator and punch in some type of probably phony numbers and say, yes I'm sure we can get you to $591 with a couple of thousand down and 84 months? The auto sales game has been around for a long time and I am very familiar with it. That is why I said firm up your numbers and get to me and I will certainly come in when you firm them up and get me to $591. I'm not making that up. That is from your mouth and calculations. My Mini was less than a year but Chapman assured me Jeeps do not devalue anywhere close to Mini's and they train their value immediately. To now say in less than a year that my Jeep is 50% lower is crap! I've purchased over a 100 cars since I was able to drive and typically traded in my cars every 3-6 months. NEVER, EVER did I have a car depreciate 50% in a year. But maybe because I went to a DEALER that never SCREWED me and told me the truth. Plus the sales people were true pro's and I didn't have to worry that they would try to take advantage or give me a line of BS! I went there for every car thereafter and ALWAYS was treated with respect, honesty, dignity and pure professionalism! As for a "miracle", YOU didn't say that when you thought you could do a deal! During this pandemic it has been extremely scary to venture out. Life does continue on, and our vehicles need up keep. I made an appointment online from a friendly reminder email I received. I arrived for my appointment, greeted by a young man, can’t remember his name, but I would like to point out that he listened to my requests and concerns with regards to maintaining everything being sanitized because I am among the group of people that are more likely to become ill than others. He instantly assured me and took action to make sure that I would return to a safe vehicle. Then, Ms. Ruth took over. She had been informed of my health issues and assured me every precautions would be taken. She told me I could wait in an area where no one was in and told me she would keep me updated via text. She said she would make sure I didn’t have to stay any longer than necessary. Time flew by, and the next thing I know my Jeep was ready. Between these two professionals, I was even more convinced of the excellent service they provide keeping me as a customer. As I returned home, I was so pleased, I called a few friends and told them they must visit this dealership for vehicle service. Nowadays, businesses just want you in and out, just another customer. I recently took my 2019 ram pick up truck in for service and as always Dan Boardman was fantastic!! He promised me my vehicle back within three hours and a matter of fact I received it back in one hour with everything that I brought it in for fixed/Handled. The only reason why I continue to bring my vehicle into Chapman for service is specifically because of Dan Boardman.
My 2017 Ram 2500 truck has a navigational app that was not working properly. It was new when I bought the truck one year ago and was installed by this dealership. I do not know about the technology of this device so I called Eric McGraw and asked him for his help. He made an appointment for me to come in and had the technician do whatever it was to get it doing what it is designed to do in time for me to take my trip next month. I want to thank Eric and the technician for taking care of this for me. Actually, whenever my truck needs service, this dealership and the sales and service personnel have always been very helpful and happy to see me. That is very special in these times, and I just want to let everyone know that this dealership is appreciated for that. Thank you so much for your honest and courteous professionalism.

I have been a Chapman customer since buying my Crossfire in 2005. A majority of the Service Advisor were good until the last one just before you moved to the new I-101 location. I was a bit leery returning to Chapman but upon meeting and being reassured by Eric McGraw, I am once again enjoy having my Crossfire serviced by Chapman. He is FABULOUS, always greets with a smile, pleasant to speak too, does his best to help one out, and re-assures that your vehicle will be well taken care of! I really like Eric and am glad that he is my Service Advisor. Can't say enough good things about him. Thank you Chapman for hiring Eric! Keep him on board for a long time! Called early in morning for a tire rotation and to grease front drive shaft. Was able to work me in their schedule. From the time I dropped it off....in less than hour, tires were rotated, front end greased, and washed!! Couldn’t have been easier!!! Thanks!!

My insurance would cover replacement. My Owner's Manual said to replace in pairs. Ruth called to see if insurance would cover the pair, but they said no. So I bought the second tire out-of-pocket.
