Just got my Grand Cherokee back from Chapman. I was convinced I had an issue with the AC (not cooling well enough). My service advisor (Joey) had the technicians do a thorough check. As it turned out, it was not an issue with the vehicle, it was functioning properly. He was very knowledgeable and patient and helped me learn how to operate the system better to get the best results. I walked away feeling like Joey enjoyed his job and treated me as a valued customer. Big thumbs up!

I think the service I get here is good, and my service advisor Chance Cooley is excellent (5 for Chance). My only reason for not giving 5 stars overall is that having to leave the car there for 3-5 days just to get a diagnosis is extremely difficult. However, Chance always tries to help make this less difficult, which I appreciate!

The vehicle I inquired about the night before my visit was ready, washed and detailed right the showroom area, the sales person (Shawn A.) assigned to me was prompt and courteous, not to mention very helpful. He was very knowledgeable of the features of the vehicle and answered all my questions, as if he was reading them off the owners’ handbook. First of all the service advisor Joey McMillan was terrific. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. That is the plus side---I was amazed at the invoice of a key fob and programing for a 2010 Chrysler 300C--the total was $582.89 I really think this is atrocious--$195.00 an hour to program it--no more Chryslers for me--and $29.25 for use of equipment--ridiculous--I love my 300C but no more--especially from Chapman--

I bought the lifetime service agreement when I bought the 2015 Chrysler, it was not cheap, but it is great. The deductible is reasonable, since 2015 nobody has done any work on the Chrysler 300 but Chapman’s, I been though a lot of servicemen, but your service to my vehicles is very important and so far no regrets.

My battery was causing my car to not start and would show different electrical signals. Chapman worked and diagnosed the problem competently. I was kept informed of progress and my service advisor Anthony was very helpful.
I came in unexpectedly with a engine issue on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to see, as a last resort, I could final find sone honest help. Since I was pushed away from other dealerships, I was reluctant to come to this dealership. This all changed when I was greeted by Steve Skabelund who was Incredible in helping me right from the get go! Steve not only helped me get in the next day but was able to diagnose my issues right on the spot and even had a mechanic look at it all with the first 15 minutes of being there. Wow, now that’s customer service!!! Steve not only helped me warranty my issue but he also was able to get better pricing for maintance that 3 other dealerships in the valley could not even come close to. I was given a courtesy ride home( thank you) and had the vehicle fixed along with the regular maintenance updates with in the next 2 days!!! Steve has given me one of the best experience I’ve ever had and at any dealerships I’ve ever been too. He truly cares for his customers and it shows not only be getting answers quickly, helping out with prices, but constantly keeping me updated on how my vehicle is coming along. I have always been very happy with services provided at CHAPMAN’s dealership. I cannot say that I am unhappy with the service provided yesterday but it was unusually long for a replacement of a turning signal bulb. I was told it will take 2-3 hours but it took 4 hours. Isn’t that a bit too long?

Stephanie, my service advisor, was outstanding. Brought my 2022 Ram 3500 dually’s in for an oil change. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, great customer service. I had another appointment later and she assured me there would be no delays, and there wasn’t. Made my other appointment with time to spare. A year ago I purchased my dually’s from Chapman, same location, and the salesman, Matt, was equally pleasant, knowledgeable, and non pressure. The purchase was a pleasant experience.
