Awesome experience: Walked onto the lot, knew what I wanted, and met with Tyler Kramer who was patient and covered all my questions to make sure the truck fit my use case. A few hours later I was on my way with a new Ram 1500. Tyler could not have been more helpful with the information provided and education on all of the truck's functionality. Finance was a low pressure, and Nick was tremendously informational throughout that process. 24hrs later I still could not be more happier with my purchase and experience with Chapman!

I had a great experience at Chapman Ram this week. They were not the first dealership I called. Two other's did not answer the phone and still another told me that I would have to leave my truck for three days even though the service (flashing the computer) is estimated to be one hour. Advisor Leslie Fisher got me right in that morning. I had a little time to get work done in the lobby and I was back on the road in about an hour. From now on I'll call Leslie first.

I called for an oil change appointment and was assigned to Jordan. He met me at my vehicle, did the intake inspection and showed me to his desk. There we discussed my needs, which are to keep my Jeep in good operational order, in addition to the oil change which is due. He explained the cost and inspection process, then showed me to the waiting room. When the mechanic found filters needing changed and alignment needing done, Jordan helped me with pricing, taking Mopar coupons into account. Now about pricing, I had my oil changed in a small town in PA last summer. They used the recommended synthetic oil, changed filter and completed safety inspection. I was charged $59. For this identical service, Chapman charges $95. Even with the Mopar coupon of $15, there is quite a difference!

Amazing Experience, Seamless Transaction

We were involved in a horrible tragic car accident which totaled our car. After browsing reviews, and multiple car sites and rating services, we found the Jeep Grand Cherokee would align with our family’s needs best. By a stroke of luck, we were web-introduced to Tito at Chapman Jeep in Scottsdale. Tito was amazing! He helped provided information abut the vehicle and answered my many many questions. He took us from the point of being overwhelming at this huge decision to being solid and assured that we were in the best hands possible. He helped me work with finance to prepare our paperwork ahead of time so it would be all ready for us. Once the car arrived on lot, he took it and created a turn-around time of less than a day from vehicle arrival to new-owner purchase including adding the requested options / upgrades to vehicle. After being involved in such a bad car accident, he really made us feel comfortable getting behind the wheel and showed up the many safety options we had available to us. We really cannot thank him enough for taking care of us and making this whole process perfect. To the Chapman Leadership, I thank you for having Tito available to us as our guide in this purchase and please recognize him for his excellence.

We own a 2020 Pacifica, which we purchased new in 2020, and within a few months of having it, 2021, we have had issues with the aux and regular battery. We are now into 2023 and we continue to have issues and we have had this vehicle serviced over 6 times in just over 2 years of having this vehicle. Batteries have been changed/replaced, system checks etc and yet til this day we still have notification that there is something wrong with the battery.
